Here are the easy steps to get started with VRA PRO vacation rental services:

Enter your contact information and submit it to set up your my VRA PRO account; we’ll confirm by email and contact you by phone to briefly introduce ourselves.
Now you’ll have your own VRA PRO portal and be able to use the system itself (before it is integrated to your website). We encourage you to actually set up one property (which will be listed on myBlueChipRentals).
You need to read and confirm the Terms of Service (in your account) in order to begin the VRA PRO Set-up
We will contact you by phone for System Set-Up and Training. The Set-Up will take 30 days or less, and after brief Training you’ll be ready to use the full VRA PRO system and see each of your property listings on myBlueChipRentals.
You enter your billing information in your account…anytime during the 90-day Free Trial period (which only begins after your system has been fully set up); you can choose to pay on a monthly or annual basis.

Note: You can enter your billing information anytime during the first 90 days, and if you decide not to continue for any reason you can simply contact us.

VRA PRO provides more – and easier – vacation rental management features at less cost than any vacation rental software on the market today. You pay a “subscription fee” according to the number of properties that you manage:

      • No software “license” costs (or update costs, etc)
      • No services costs**
      • No commissions from your reservations
      • No charge for your listings on myBlueChipRentals
      • No charge for enabling credit card processing (that we set-up for you if you have a merchant account)

*During the system set-up, your website management company may need to spend an hour or two implementing our custom work, and you would be responsible for that time.

Pay by the month or by the year

You’ll get another whole month free if you pay for the year at one time. Your first (billable) month/year starts at the end of your first 90 days (and your credit card will not be charged until the end of the first 3 months). Clients that choose our monthly option will be automatically billed at the beginning of each month. We accept major credit cards or check (for prepaid annual fee, only).
