These following simple steps are all that are needed to set your agency up on the VRA PRO system.

Remember we are with you every step of the way.


By entering the data in the contact form or 90 day trial form you have already set-up your agency data on our system. Now you need to enter your listings.

LISTING DATA
Since VRA PRO is a fully integrated system we need to have your property data in our databases. Initially, we will enter all of your data into our system. Usually, we can extract your current property data (including photos and pricing data) from your database for uploading into our system as part of the initial set-up, or if necessary you can send us a spreadsheet with all of your current property information, and we will enter it. This data is then used to create listings on your website and the myBlueChipRentals website.
PRICING RULES
There are three pricing and reservation modes available in the VRA PRO system, and it's completely your choice what you want to do or not do. They include: 1) Static Pricing 2) Online Pricing and 3) Online Reservations. Each listing can use one of the three models. Once we receive your pricing rules we will set-up each listing.
RESERVATIONS
The last step in our data entry process is to enter any outstanding reservations and accounting information into the VRA PRO system. It is usually best to perform this step at the end of the year but it can be done at any time throughout the year.
The Calendar, EZ Inquiry Management, & EZ Reservations Management, are tightly coupled (with the other components of the system) so that using one without the others would lead to inconsistency in the reservation process. Once you start working from a single calendar, you'll be amazed at the improvement in your business workflow and how much time you'll save. Plus, you eliminate any possibility of double-reservation a property - and losing a customer.
RENTAL AGREEMENTS AND INVOICES
Rental contracts and invoices are entered as HTML pages that are used to create pdf files. Once they are entered into the system all rental agreements and invoices are created automatically from each confirmed reservation. The VRA PRO system provides a standard rental agreement and invoice for use, but each member may define their own that can be used to create a custom contract or invoice pdf.
OTHER DATA
Key/code instructions, property directions and other information (that you want to provide) can be stored for each property and are shown/emailed to the vacationer automatically once the reservation is finalized (all payments are made).
CLEANING AND WORK TICKETS
Your VRA PRO portal allows you to enter contact information for all of your contacts. Each booking then automatically shows a list of events that need to be completed and will guide you through the process of managing each event.
UPDATES
After the initial set-up, you're in charge of editing, adding, and deleting your property and related information - but we'll make sure that you're comfortable doing every step. Note that before VRA PRO is integrated to site, you can enter information for one property - to check out the process - and even see it on www.myBlueChipRentals.com.
YOUR WEBSITE
Whilst we are entering your property data we also create a template of your current website pages. This template is then used to present data (search criteria, listings, calendar etc.) on your website. We replace links on your website with links to search pages, or directly to listing pages, depending on your page flow. If you are using your current site we will forward the updates you your current website provider to upload. If you wish to have a new site designed and choose Integrated Vacation Systems as your new website provider then we will do all the integration inhouse.
INQUIRIES AND RESERVATIONS
Handling inquiries and reservations was never so easy. All inquiries, along with any replies you make, are stored in VRA PRO's secure EZ Inquiry Management. This allows you to keep track of an inquiry thread without having to sort through numerous emails. All inquiries and replies are also automatically sent to you via email at the time of the inquiry/reply. Similarly, all reservations are stored in VRA PRO's EZ Reservation Management and produce a set of events that are used to monitor the booking from confirmation though to cleaning and damage deposit refund - and then through a review process (per vacationer account). As an ongoing process any inquiries or reservations made over the phone should also be entered so as to keep all data in one place and ensure that you always are showing the correct availability (and pricing) for each property.

That's it! You're ready to go. We will provide training and phone support for the first 30 days. After that we will answer questions using our support email address.
